3. What we process when you visit this site
This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads no third-party content. To deliver the page and keep it secure, technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser user agent) are processed by our content delivery network and logged on our web server. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.
4. E-mail
If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Our mail server is operated by us on our own server in Germany.
5. Recipients and transfers
- netcup GmbH, Germany — server hosting (processor, Art. 28 GDPR).
- Cloudflare, Inc., USA — content delivery, DNS and security (processor; transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
- The controller is located in the United Arab Emirates, for which there is no EU adequacy decision; transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany).
